Who can use it
Section titled “Who can use it”The plugin is for people who administer a company in hackÜ. It requires a hackÜ account with that role; it is not distributed separately and does not work without one.
Access depends on the contract in force between hackÜ and the company. If that contract ends, or if you stop administering that company, access is cut off on its own, without anybody having to revoke it.
What it does and what it does not
Section titled “What it does and what it does not”The plugin lets you query the training, communication and progress data of the company you authorised.
The only action it performs, besides querying, is requesting reports: hackÜ generates the file and sends it by email to whoever asked for it.
It never enrols people, never sends communications, never changes progress or grades, and never deletes anything. That holds always, without exception.
Your responsibility
Section titled “Your responsibility”You are responsible for what you do with what you query. The data you see belongs to real people who work in your organisation, and its processing is governed by the contract between your company and hackÜ, and by applicable law.
Do not share your authorisation. It is tied to your account and your role, and whatever is queried with it is logged under your name.
Usage limits
Section titled “Usage limits”The service applies query limits per credential to protect the availability of the platform. Hitting them is not a failure: it is the system working. If your legitimate use needs more, talk to your contact at hackÜ instead of retrying.
About the answers
Section titled “About the answers”The answers are composed by an artificial intelligence assistant from the data hackÜ returns.
hackÜ answers for the fidelity of that data: that what the plugin returns is what is stored on the platform. It does not answer for the accuracy of what the company itself uploaded —a spreadsheet with a mistyped phone number returns that phone number— nor for the interpretation the assistant makes of the data.
For decisions that affect a person —an evaluation, a promotion, a termination— verify the figure in the corporate dashboard before acting. The section How to read the answers explains the cases in which a hasty reading leads to a false conclusion.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”The service is offered as is. hackÜ may modify, interrupt or withdraw it, and will give reasonable advance notice when the change affects normal use.
The exception is security: in the event of an incident or a vulnerability, hackÜ may suspend the service immediately and give notice afterwards.
